Purple pointed cabbage salad

1 purple pointed cabbage
150 g carrots
½ celery stalk
1 ripe avocado
1 eating pear
100 g cubes of feta cheese
A few drops of lemon juice
1 tbsp honey
4 tbsp yoghurt (crème fraîche)
50 ml olive oil (extra virgin)
Salt and pepper

Preparation method
1. Chop the purple pointed cabbage, carrots, and celery into thin strips and put in a mixing bowl. Add the lemon juice, olive oil, and yoghurt. Mix thoroughly and allow to infuse for half an hour.
2. Chop the ripe avocado, grate the pear, and add to the mixture. Add the cubes of feta cheese. Season the salad to taste with salt and pepper.
Tip: Delicious with pitta bread or other bread straight from the oven!
